Experience has taught us that there is a thriving skilled workforce travelling around Australia, and even if you are in retirement, we value your contribution, skills and experience during your working career. We believe in skill sharing and as a rural area, local farming families can find it difficult to attract skilled employees for permanent, casual or even just project work. From time to time, our local industry requires a range of skills throughout Harvest and general farm work. During the busy periods, we will attempt to connect our local farms and industry with skilled and experience travellers.
